Adam Kelly
Adam Kelly, Partner Loeb & Loeb LLP, is a nationally-acclaimed counsellor in intellectual property law with extensive experience in the U.S. and abroad. Outside of the courtroom, he assists clients with due diligence, strategic procurement of new technologies, and contract and license negotiations. Adam also counsels corporate executives on how to competitively use intellectual property to increase revenues and market share. Inside the courtroom, Adam has successfully enforced and defended against patent infringement actions in various jurisdictions throughout the world. He has represented clients through all litigation phases, from pre-suit due diligence through trial and appeal. He has also successfully obtained and defended against various types of preliminary injunctive relief associated with design and utility patent infringement actions.
Adam has a B.A., Biology from Indiana University, M.S. Biology from Purdue University and a J.D. from John Marshall Law School. Adam was the 134th President of the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago.
